Design engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work that sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, and ownership of final work. Where those terms conflict with these, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Fees, deposits, and payment schedules are defined in your project agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period specified on the invoice, and final deliverables are released upon full payment.

The website and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andu is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The site may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached. Provisions intended to survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
